UPVC CORNER BEAD
PURPOSE
Plaster edges are protected with PVC POP CORNER BEAD, which is useful for thin plaster coats that range from 3 to 5 mm.
ADVANTAGES
- Manufactured from 0.35 mm thick galvanized iron (Gl) with 120 g/m zinc coating.
- Diamond-shaped mesh inclined at 45 degrees angle for better mortar holding Corrosion-resistant (Hot dip galvanized).
- Available in cut widths of 100 mm, 150 mm, 200 mm, and 300 mm (length 20-meter also customizable).
- Easy fixing (Only 11 nails required for 3 running meters).
- Reduces plaster thickness, saving mortar cost.
- Can be used at offset joints for better stability.
AVAILABILITY & SPECIFICATION
- Fixing is quick and simple, by applying plaster dabs to the wall at both sides of the areas at approximately 600mm intervals.
- Projecting sufficiently to allow for the required plaster thickness on both sides of areas.
- The lengths are available in standard and as well as custom made lengths. A high quality Corner Bead is designed for plastering applications of plaster edges, etc.
- On application it generates true and straight edges which provides resistance against everyday knocks.
